Over the last 15 years I
have designed many small, low cost Data Acquisition devices.
These have been built with PC Parallel Port, Serial Port and
more recently USB control. Most of these devices have been
built for one or two specific jobs. With the advent of
ActiveX controls and their usability with a wide range of
software programs these designs have been superseded by the
more universal PIC-DAS system.
These designs are included
here only to show the learning process that has been put
into various DAS system designs.
